| This site serves as an interface for our plant systematics image collection. The collection includes significant contributions from individuals outside of the University of Wisconsin System. This cooperative venture was coordinated by Dr. Dennis Woodland, professor at Andrews University at Berrien Springs, MI. The set is a subset of the one available on the compact disc, ''Photo Atlas of the Vascular Plants''. That CD includes a collection of over 4,700 images representing 277 families and 1,150 genera of vascular plants. The work was published through the Botany Department at the University of Wisconsin, and is included with Dr. Woodland's book, ''Contemporary Plant Systematics, ed. 2 '' (Andrews University Press). The CD is also available directly from the University of Wisconsin for $23.00 (20.00 for the disc + $3.00 shipping/handling). See Michael Clayton's page, "Virtual Foliage" for specifics. | ||||
