Sclerenchyma Tissue
Return
In lab, we did not see pure sclerenchyma tissue and we only considered two cell types, fibers and stone cells. Sclerenchyma cells have thick secondary walls. Sclerenchyma serves to support, strengthen, or protect the plant.
